Q1: What do I need to do to become an affiliate partner?
A: All you need to do is complete the online application form and follow the easy set-up instructions that will be sent to you by email when we approve your application. Top

Q2: Do you have banners?
A: Yes we do offer banners, but we find that integrating/setting up your own branded store is far more profitable. Top

Q3: What exactly are the benefits of integration?
A: Setting up your own toy store will give your website more content while offering visitors a valuable service. If you have adult related traffic then every one of your visitors is a potential customer. Top

Q4: How easy is it to set up a branded store?
A: Setting up your store is very simple. Webmasters familiar with framesets can usually be up and running in an hour or two, but many like those listed on our 'examples page' go the extra mile and spend far longer building their stores. Your confirmation email includes all the information you will need.
If you are unfamiliar with frames we have constructed a default frameset for you to use. This can be downloaded and customised to suit the look and feel you want.
If all else fails we will be happy to set up the frameset for you. Top

Q5: How do I brand my store?
A: Simple! You just supply us a set of category buttons (images) for our catalogue to display when your visitors enter your store. Top

Q6: A friend told me that there is an issue when linking to another website with Internet Explorer 6 is this true?
A: Yes there is such an issue but we have a full privacy policy in place to address this so there is no problem linking into our catalogue. Linking to a website with no privacy policy will cause Internet explorer to block crucial files stopping the cart from functioning correctly. Top

Q7: I read somewhere that cookies may be banned when the new html standards are released later this year. Will this effect my store?
A: What you read is correct, the use of cookies looks as though it will be phased out in the future to protect user data from misuse. Our catalogue does not use any cookies at all. Information is collected in accordance with our privacy policy and saved to the server as a session variable, thus eliminating the need for any cookies. Top

Q8: When I generate a sale what is to stop the customer returning to your web site next time they want to buy something?
A: Our catalogue knows when you have made a sale. When the online receipt/invoice is generated our web site address is replaced with yours. Also the packing/invoice sheet that goes out with your customers order details your web site. Every point of reference and piece of documentation produced will detail your web site.
We simply fulfil your customers orders on your behalf. If your customer needs to contact us with a query we do not mention our own web sites, callers are greeted with Net 1on1. We are your order fulfilment company, we do not steal our affiliates' customers. Our success is dependant on your success. Top

Q9: Do you send out any promotional material with orders, or as follow ups?
A: No - it is in our terms and conditions that we do not send any follow up promotional material. Affiliate orders are marked to stop any promotional material being sent with your orders. Top

Q10: Can I offer my customers promotions or special discounts?
A: All offers that we promote on our web sites can also be promoted by our affiliates. It is also possible to split your commission and offer your customers special discounts. For example - all affiliates generate 20% commission on every sale. It is possible to reduce your commission to let's say 15% and offer your customers a 5% discount. The choice is yours. Top

A: Yes we have considered this. As a premier dealer this option is removed from your store so not to conflict with your own email list. Please request this after your account has been approved. Top

Q12: Can I see my sales in real time?
A: Yes, we have live stats for you to view at any time. They are very detailed and simple to use. Please use the login fields at the top left of every page on this web site. Top

Q13: When do you pay commissions?
A: Commissions are calculated and paid on the first Friday of every month (Friday is the day our bookkeeper comes in). If you have earned £25 or more you will be paid, if not the commission is carried over until the next month. Top

Q14: How do you pay?
A: We mail out a cheque to you as soon as commissions are calculated. You will be paid in Pounds sterling. Top

Q15: If I have any problems will I be on my own to deal with them?
A: No not at all. We have a dedicated affiliate representative to answer your emails.
